- Copyediting, proofreading, and academic styling.

- Manuscript and thesis review and layout enhancement.

- Research methodology consultation.

- Data analysis, statistical analysis, and programming support.

2. Eligibility & Account Creation

Users must be at least 18 years old, or use the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Users commit to providing accurate information, maintaining login confidentiality, and notifying us immediately of unauthorized account access.

3. Service Requests & Confirmation

Sending a request is not a final acceptance. A request becomes binding only after: locking scope, agreeing on price/timeline, paying the required deposit, and receiving written confirmation.

Quotations define the scope, page counts, deliverables, revisions, and deadlines. Extra out-of-scope work requires additional fees.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are quoted in USD or other designated currencies in the proposal. All fees are displayed transparently before payment.

A deposit or full payment is required to start the project. Deadlines commence only after receipt of payments.

Clients bear any bank transfer or currency conversion fees imposed by payment processors.

5. Client Obligations

Clients must provide clear instructions, complete files, accurate data, and disclose true deadlines or guidelines.

Clients guarantee ownership/rights to use all uploaded materials and take final responsibility for reviewing deliverables.

6. Academic Integrity & Acceptable Use

Services are provided for copyediting, styling, consultation, and formatting support. Clients hold absolute responsibility for complying with their institution's guidelines.

The platform cannot be used for taking exams, impersonation, fabricating data/citations, plagiarism, or deception.

We reserve the right to suspend or reject any request that violates academic integrity codes.

7. Research & Engineering Services

EdxUP does not guarantee journal publication or specific grades. Authors remain responsible for scientific validity.

Engineering calculations or graphics do not substitute professional licensing or engineering validation where required by law.

8. Delivery Deadlines

Execution timelines commence after final files and payments are received. We make reasonable professional efforts to meet deadlines.

Timelines may be extended due to client response delays, scope changes, technical file corruptions, or force majeure.

9. Revisions & Re-evaluations

Services include the number of revisions locked in the proposal, or 2 standard rounds within 7 calendar days if unspecified.

Revisions must remain within the initial scope of work and be consolidated in a single batch.

Extra fees apply for method-level changes, adding new data, or requesting edits after the review window closes.

10. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Clients may cancel before execution starts, receiving a refund minus processing fees.

After execution begins, cancellation requests are assessed by completed workload and costs incurred. Unexecuted portions may be refunded.

Refunds are not accepted for custom digital products after delivery based on change of mind.

If EdxUP fails to deliver due to internal reasons, a full refund of the unexecuted portion is issued.

11. Payment Disputes

Please contact support@edxup.com before filing a chargeback so we can inspect and resolve issues directly.

This clause does not limit your statutory rights to contact your bank or payment gateway provider.

12. Intellectual Property

Clients retain complete ownership of files uploaded. EdxUP holds a limited license solely to process and execute.

Upon full payment, clients receive a worldwide, perpetual license to use the deliverables for academic or personal purposes.

EdxUP will never publish or advertise client manuscripts without explicit, prior written consent.

13. Confidentiality & Data Protection

We handle all client data with strict confidentiality. Access is restricted to assigned editors/experts.

Data processing follows our Privacy Policy. Clients may request record deletion according to regulations.

We implement standard organizational and digital measures to secure data.

14. Third-Party Services & Cookies

Some workflows depend on cloud storage, payment processors, or software licenses (EndNote, Mendeley, Python packages).

Third-party tools are bound by their respective policies. We use cookies strictly for session authentication and system operations.

15. Warranties & Limitations of Liability

EdxUP commits to professional execution. We do not warrant specific acceptance results or academic grades.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for journal rejections, unreviewed client actions, or indirect losses.

Our total liability never exceeds the actual fees paid by the client for the specific service requested.

16. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend accounts or terminate requests for non-payment, abuse, submitting harmful content, or violating integrity guidelines.

Termination does not impact the rights and obligations that accrued prior to the termination date.

17. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays resulting from events beyond our control, including utilities cutoffs, server outages, or government actions.

18. Modifications to Terms

Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates implies acceptance.

Subsequent terms do not retroactively affect active locked contracts unless required by law.
